Cheese bread

The legitimate, versatile and beloved cheese bread from Minas Gerais! Our recipe is very “cheesy” and has the perfect balance between flavor, lightness and crunch.

Ingredients:Manioc starch, milk, eggs, cheese, soybean oil, salt and water.
 

Allergic:Contains milk and derivatives, eggs and soy derivatives.

 

Gluten-free.
 

Conservation: Freezer: from -12º C to -32º C. Domestic freezer: -4º C to -12º C. BonMess Cheese Bread goes straight from the freezer to the oven without defrosting.

Cocktail

Very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is a great choice at parties, events and cafes.  Ideal size to be consumed on its own or with spreads and jellies.

Traditional

30g

Slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The perfect pair for a “coffee” at any time of the day! 

Available in packs of 400g and 1kg.

Snack

80g

Slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Big enough to be stuffed with ham and cheese, sausage or, who knows, a generous slice of Minas cheese and milk “docim”?

Available in 1kg packaging.

Method of preparation

Preheat the oven at an average temperature of 180ºC for 15 minutes.

Distribute the cheese breads on a baking sheet, leaving a space of 2 cm between them.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.

"Prestention" in tips:

  • Do not use a microwave oven.

  • There are differences between ovens, so adjust the cooking method according to your oven.

  • Do not bake the cheese bread at a temperature below 180ºC, in an unregulated oven or in a very hot oven.
